Individual Therapy – When life and relationships become difficult to manage alone, we assist individuals in learning new coping strategies, as well as heal emotional wounds to feel safe, secure, and connected. The issues we can address together include: anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationship patterns, life transitions, grief and loss, family issues, building healthy boundaries.
Couples Therapy – We all accrue wounds in the course of our lives. While those wounds are often acquired in relationships, they can also be healed within a healthy relationship. We take a collaborative and proactive approach when working with couples to access the source of stress and find new ways to shift patterns, facilitate growth, and restore love within the partnership.
Making the Transition Group – This 6-week program for students transitioning from high school to college offers students (and parents) the tools for a successful transition, including: managing stress, creating routine, making connection, overcoming fears, and asking for help.
